What are the Shipping charges to my location ?

India:

Free Shipping for all prepaid orders above Rs. 599

Standard shipping charge of flat Rs. 49 is applicable for orders below 599

For cash on delivery orders flat shipping charge of Rs 99 will be applicable

Outside India: Shipping charge shall be as per the delivery location.Please write to us at contactus@heritagemela.com for more details.

What mode of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) , UPI and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

You can also go for cash on delivery.

Are taxes included in the product price?

All our prices are inclusive of GST.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we offer International Shipping.You can reach out to us at contactus@heritagemela.com and we will do the needful.

How long before you get your purchase?

Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Monday to Saturday are considered as business days excluding public holidays.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

In case of customised order, it generally takes 7-15 business days to get delivered.

How do we deliver the orders?

We deliver your orders through our shipping partners such as Bluedart, FedEx, DHL etc.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order any time before the order status is ‘shipped’. To cancel you can write to us at contactus@heritagemela.com with details of your order number.

Can I return/exchange my product ?

We would be happy to replace or accept returns in case of the following situations:
-If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
-If the product you receive has a quality or manufacturing defect.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at contactus@heritagemela.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at contactus@heritagemela.com

Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only in the form of Heritage Mela Gift Card (excluding shipping amount: INR 99).

How can I track where is my shipment is?

Once your order is shipped, the tracking ID and our shipping partner name are sent to you via email. Please visit the shipping partner's website and enter the tracking ID we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
